| 1. Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month). 2. Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, foot ware charges etc. |
| Retention Bonus for Project Engineer: Project Engineers who join as Project Engineer-I and complete overall tenure of 4 Years will be entitled for Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000/- for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 04 Years i.e., Rs.1,00,000/-. |

Selection Process
| Selection will be through a Written Test, followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. The venue for the Written Test/ Interview will be at Ghaziabad. |
| 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview. Candidates who pass in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit. |
| The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test / Interview and final selections will be notified on Company’s website. |
