Selection Process
| The selection process consists of (1) written test and (2) skill test |
(1) Written test
| a.80 Multiple choice questions. (The syllabus for written test shall be curriculum based.) |
| b.Duration: 90 minutes. |
| c.1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and there will be negative marking of 0.33 mark for each wrong answer. |
| d.Pass Criteria: For UR & EWS category – Minimum 32 out 80 marks. For other reserved category – Minimum 24 out of 80 marks (only for vacancies reserved for them). |
| e.The ratio for skill test is 1:5 with a minimum of 10 candidates. |
(2) Skill Test
| Will be of qualifying nature only. The minimum marks required for qualifying the skill test is 50/100 marks for UR & EWS candidates and 40/100 marks for other reserved categories. |
From amongst the candidates who qualify in the skill test, empanelment will be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test.
Application Fees
Initially, all applicants have to uniformly pay Rs.750/- per application.
| Female / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / Exservicemen [EX-SM] and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates will be refunded full fee subject to the condition that the candidates should appear in the written test |
| For other candidates, an amount of Rs.500 will be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing written test. |

Applications will be received 👉 on-line only and all further communications will be made to the applicants through e-mail/VSSC website only. Therefore, the applicants are advised to check their e-mail and visit the VSSC website from time to time.
For submission of online applications, please visit VSSC website 👉 http://www.vssc.gov.in from 1000 hours on 04.06.2025 to 1700 hours on 18.06.2025. The candidates registered under National Career Service (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit ISRO website and follow the application procedure as stated.
