4. Click on Apply Online

5. Complete the registration form with correct details

6. Upload your photo, signature, thumb impression, and declaration

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a multi-stage process consisting of an online examination, a language proficiency test, and a personal interview. Final selection will be based on merit.

1. Online Exam – 140 questions, 200 marks, 3 hours duration

2. Language Proficiency Test (LPT) – Must qualify in the local language of the applied state (reading, writing, and speaking)

3. Personal Interview – Conducted for those who qualify the exam and LPT

4. Final Selection – Based on combined score of Online Exam (80%) and Interview (20%)

Online Test

The duration of the objective test will be 3 hours with separate timing for each section.

• There will be sectional qualifying marks with 30% for reserved candidates and 35% for unreserved candidates.
• There will be penalty for wrong answers. For each question for which a wrong answer hasbeen given by the candidate 1/4th or 0.25 of the marks assigned of the mark allotted.

Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

The candidate must have Proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in the Local Language of the State applied for. Candidates shortlisted for the Personal Interview will be required to qualify Language Proficiency test, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for Personal Interview.

However, candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard marksheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified local language of the applied State as one of the subjects will not be required to undergo the language proficiency test.
