Monthly Stipend For Graduate Apprentices

Eligibility for HPCL Graduate Apprentices 2025-26
| Engineering Graduation in [Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science/IT] with 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years for Gen/OBC-NC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD/(VH/HH/OH*) Candidates. |

Note: Only the candidates registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training scheme (NATS 2.0) web portal and by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) will be considered for selection to undergo Apprenticeship Training.
Selection Process
| Selection will be done through Interview, which will be tentatively scheduled in the month of June 2025 |
- Candidates fulfilling all eligibility criteria will be called for Interview.
- All India merit list will be drawn basis the academic results of engineering degree and Scores in the INTERVIEW.
- Final offer for Apprenticeship Training would be subject to Medical Fitness as per HPCL standards and submission of all documents / certificates towards proof of Age, Qualifications, Caste, Medical certificate of PwBD and Medical fitness etc., as may be applicable.

| Login credentials will be sent to the registered email ID. |
| Sign in using the received email ID and password. |
| Only one application is allowed per candidate. |
| Carefully read instructions on each part of the form. |
| Select your Engineering Branch from the dropdown (as per advertisement). |
| Fill in all mandatory Personal Details (* marked fields). |
| Click “Validate your details”, correct any errors. |
| Click “Save & Next” to proceed. |
| Fill in Contact Details (correspondence and permanent address, contact number). |
| Select your preferred Interview City from the dropdown. |
| Validate, then click “Save & Next” to move forward. |
| Upload recent passport-size photograph and signature. |
| Review all entered details under “Preview”. Edit if needed. |
| Read the declaration carefully. |
| Tick the declaration checkboxes and click “Final Submit”. |
| Confirmation email with HPCL Application Number will be sent to registered email. |
| The engagement as Apprentice Trainees for Engineering Graduates will be for a period of ONE YEAR only. |
